Every 5 years, we analyze the value of your assets. Depending on the outcome, there are the following possibilities:

• Balances below principal
  Should your balance go below the principal starting balance the warranty takes effect and your balance will be reset to the value of the principal starting balance. In this way losses are offset and your capital gains further value.
• Balances beyond principal starting capital
  If your balance is above your beginning balance, you may either continue the investment or have your capital and the surplus paid at your discretion

Tax benefit

• This investment and its returns is tax exempted for non-residents and non-taxables in Spain.
• For tax residents in Spain, the returns are taxed as income from floating capital (capital de Rendimientos Mobiliario) at a rate betwwen  19 and 21%
